What service are we providing?
Receiving
Customers to send the stocks to our warehouse and provide us a stock list. Once we receive it, we will update the stock into our system, assign a location and put into storage.
Storage
For each product, we will put it at designated location, E.g.: Item A at location A.1, Item B at location B.1. This item will be put at same location every time there are new stock coming in. We have storage for different type of goods including racks for small to medium size item or Racking system for palletized items. We also have the right tools for warehousing storage, we uses trolleys, electric pallet jacks, Stackers or reach truck to move the items around safely and efficiently so that the item will not be damaged.
Pick
Firstly, we would print the picking list from system which has the item, quantity and location. Then we would use a trolley to go to stated location and pick the items. We always practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) when comes to picking item. Once completed, it will be sent to the packing station.
Pack
We practice one-piece flow in packing station to prevent any errors. Each order’s detail will be shown on the screen, packer will prepare the items and select the right packaging material, It can be bubble wrap, polymailer or boxes. Packer will verify the items packed is the correct item, and pack into the packaging material. After that, they will seal the packaging, print & paste the shipping label.
Return
If there is any product return for any reasons, we will mark it down and your account representative will inform you.
Ship
Once the order is packed, the order status will be turned to ready for shipping, and trigger last mile driver to come and collect. Item will be placed at the shipping area. If it is Shopee or J & T items, it will be scanned for drop-off because our warehouse is the drop-off area. This is another perks for our customers as they will save up time and don’t need to transport and carry the items to other drop off area to do so.

Fulfill your order easily, once packed, it will go straight to drop off because we are Shopee, J&T partners. Order can be fulfilled with 1-2 days.
